We are all once in youth-hood
One of the many truths about youth empowerment and encouragement.
Empowerment and encouragement is a well-established tactic and scheme formed to inspire many of us since the dawn of days. It is from that perspective precisely, that we must all remember to ultimately “lead by example.”
See the thing is, expressing to a youth the experience that lies ahead of him/her in serving their purpose, may unveil disturbing thoughts about the strength they will need in pursuant of a dream. They may also imagine that seemingly frightening connotation yet to be one of amazement—moving forward in excellence of their own capacity and credibility.
From a general perspective, predecessors are not only here to teach and educate the younger generation, we are also here to listen and serve. Listen and serve in accordance with the responsibility to take necessary initiatives as mentors and high achievers. We are born into a light that later allows us to understand how much we must dedicate and regurgitate all that we are managing in this diverse human existence.
Many times, these same predecessors look into the face of youth and see how it is we once lived through innocence and dependability. It is true, at some point we MUST thrive from dependency. It leads us to engage in thriving opportunities, and to t(h)rust in taking actions from a simple, yet passionate momentum. We do it in our ability to achieve and accept all the abilities that are truly core to an eventual stability—conquering our true potential—maximizing our capacity.
To believe and create value in honouring and teaching youth with an empowering and encouraging approach, we plan ahead society’s intention to be concrete in resiliency.
Put your foot in a shoe and ask this question...
Are all achievements in your career advancement to this day, an inclination of those people who have experienced it before you? Is it because of someone else’s encouragement?
OR
Would you say it is from your momentum alone?
Empower! Encourage! Pass on your knowledge! Declare in this infinite belief system and universe that all which we have learned ourselves, are yet to be conquered through the many visions of those we leave behind.
Be open! Be transparent! You never know who’s the ONE person listening and paying attention to your revelations.
