To provide a high-quality personal and professional development coaching service, which serves the needs and interest of our clientele.

To build a professional and long-term relationship with our clients. This will help us work together to enhance personal development, life skills and psychosocial competency.

To support the client to achieve holistic well-being, goal-setting, health, prosperity, career, societal contribution and overall mission and vision in life.

To make the greatest effort to adhere to the coaching hours contracted. If we should make a mistake, we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as possible to the client’s satisfaction.

To respect the confidentiality of the client at all times and will not disclose any information unless required to do so by law.

To give you assistance, support, encouragement and guidance in achieving possible outcome and goals.

To challenge you on any false assumption that may hinder your progress towards your ultimate goal and aspiration.

To share all our knowledge, skills, experience and expertise where appropriate and when required.

To always be completely honest with you.

To conduct all our dealings with empathy, honesty, respect, confidentiality and dignity.

Never to release your name as a referee without asking you in advance for a written permission.

To treat information discussed with you or written by you with complete confidentiality and integrity, unless there is necessary disclosure to be fulfilled to any legal bodies according to the Belize Constitution.

To always be prepared for your coaching sessions and calls.

To freely provide a copy of our coaching oath upon request.

To always attend appointment(s) on time.

To prepare for the coaching session or call.

To be honest at all times.

To agree to be challenged if my coach feels that I am not being entirely truthful or if I am cheating myself.

To step outside my comfort zone in order to achieve my goals.

To send back all forms promptly, completely and fully.

To be willing to work on the areas of my life

To duly arrange prompt payment of services.

To work in full partnership with my coach.

To be willing to look at new ways of working and to accept that sometimes I will have to complete tasks that I will not feel comfortable with.
